jd lockhart photography captures life's meaningful moments!

Jodi is new to writing about herself in the 3rd person but seasoned around the camera.  She first experienced camera envy when her grandfather would pull out his shiny black Canon on special occasions.  Growing up on a farm this machine her grandfather operated seemed more appealing than a tractor and a couple decades later, she is definitely closer to mastering a camera than a hay baler.

Whether you're looking for a photographer for traditionally captured moments (such as engagement photos, children's portraits or newborn sessions) or you want to professionally capture life's little (but important) moments, such as the first day of school,  I would love to work with you. Please contact me at your convenience at jdlockhart@msn.com.

 Approach

I approach my work with a unique perspective that takes into account your needs and my individual style. My objective is simple; to capture my subjects personality and beauty in a meaningful way.  I find this beauty in a variety of ways and places, using a relaxed and flexible approach.  I don't use big studio lighting, excessive filters or manipulated poses.  The beauty of you, your family and your life can be captured "on film" at its simplest and purest.

My work is all about capturing life's treasured moments, big or small, in creative images that will last a lifetime.
